3. Conduct that patpkr determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful, abusive, fraudulent or otherwise detrimental to the Platform or its Users.
4. Receipt of a valid legal instruction from a competent authority requiring access to be restricted.
5. A User being found to be under the applicable minimum age.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting patpkr at [email protected]. Account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which patpkr is incorporated and operated. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication in the first instance.
